A well run surgery from the patients perspective. It is easy to get an appointment and I think all the doctors are helpful and accommodating.

I received excellent post-op care from Practice Nurse Miriam Scarr and Healthcare Assistant Joanne Iveson whose expertise and compassion helped me towards a speedy recovery. Nothing was too much trouble and both were efficient, caring and considerate in supporting me through the recovery process. Thank you very much.

A lovely practice with superb staff.
However I feel that by having a more appropriate signposting/ triage system in place for patients from reception and the use of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the urgent session would have a considerable positive impact re waiting times, appropriate practitioner referral (re presenting clinical problem).
A late night GP/ nurse session (8 pm close) would be welcomed in order to improve access to those who work surgery hours.

Dr Brown was caring and through with her treatment and advice for after care .

Helpful staff & appointments available within a very reasonable time period
